Delete your data

Disconnect Facebook, Instagram or Google

1. In the ampdIQ app, open the Marketing tab.
2. Tap the connected account and choose Disconnect.

We delete that account’s stored reports and access right away. You can also remove ampdIQ from your side: on Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) and remove ampdIQ; on Google, go to myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party connections and remove ampdIQ.

Delete everything

Email info@ampdiq.com from the email address on your ampdIQ account with the subject “Delete my data”. We confirm within 2 business days and delete your account and its data within 30 days. Backups roll off within a further 30 days.

If you’re a customer of a business that uses ampdIQ

Ask that business to delete your details, or email info@ampdiq.com with your name and phone number and we’ll pass it on and help.
