The fine print, in plain words.
Who can join?
Anyone who can help home-service shops find ampdIQ: creators, coaches, supply houses, trade groups, consultants and shop owners. You need to be 18 or older and able to receive payouts in the US.
How do referrals get tracked?
You get your own link. A shop counts as yours when it signs up through your link and the link was its most recent referral visit within 60 days.
When do I get paid?
Commission is earned once a referred shop’s payment clears and its 30-day refund window passes. We pay monthly by direct deposit once your balance reaches $50.
What about refunds and chargebacks?
No commission on refunded, charged-back or unpaid amounts. If one happens after a payout, we subtract it from your next balance.
Taxes?
We collect a W-9 before your first payout and send a 1099 when US tax rules require it. You are an independent affiliate, not an employee or agent of ampdIQ.
What is not allowed?
No spam, no fake reviews, no paid ads bidding on “ampdIQ” or our domain, no self-referrals and no promising features or prices we don’t list. Say you earn a commission when you share your link, as FTC rules require.
Can the program change?
We may update or end the program with 30 days’ notice. Commission you already earned is still paid. We review every application and may decline or remove an affiliate who breaks these terms.
